Note Leads Giveaway Terms
In order to enter you must do one of the following:
- Subscribe to our newsletter.
- Tweet to our cash flow articles page, one of our articles, blog posts or the contest entry page (You must email us the link).
- Post
a link on facebook to our cash flow articles page, one of our articles,
blog posts or the contest entry page (You must email us the link).
“NO
PURCHASE NECESSARY”. Must be 18 or older to enter. Giveaway is open to
“legal” U.S. residents only. This means not only do you reside here but
you are a legal resident contributing to society. All entries must be
received by January 30th 2012. Prize description: 300 note holder leads.
The number of eligible entries received determines the odds of winning.
If there are any disputes that arise for any reason we will discuss
them with the disputing party and arrive at a satisfactory
understanding. It’s pretty straight forward though, you subscribe or
email and we add your email to a list, choose a random winner and that
person gets free leads. We’re all grown ups here. I think we can all
handle it if we don’t win so play nice.
The
winner will be chosen on January 31th 2012 and will be notified via
email. You must provide a valid email address in order to receive
notification of winning. Winner of the free leads giveaway will have 90
days to receive the free leads. If the prize is not collected from
winning entrant within the specified time period, we reserve the right
to distribute the leads to another winner through a new giveaway at any
time in the future. You are only eligible to win once if we run a similar promotion in the future.
The
name of the winner and photo if provided will be displayed on our
website. All entrants will have the right to request the winners’ name.

with the request. All entrants accept that they give permission for
their name and photo to be used on our website to display winners.
Winner agrees to hold notedocs.com
(AKA Meridian Data LLC) harmless in the event that the prize or
sweepstakes in some way negatively impacts the winner; Not that there is
any way you can be harmed but if it happens you agree to recognize full
responsibility for any such harm. The product giveaway is regulated by
the laws of the state of UT. This giveaway is VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY
LAW. |
