Here goes my story it all begins about being a mentee of my mentor. As per your mentoring I finally understood ho to write a word doc with emails from all those (resources) that are out there free for all.. One day I put in the email addresses that I found. Then I sent out the broker/agent letter to all the ones I had, meanwhile I was hand writing postcards as instructed. What happened is that one of the emails addresses was forwarded to a note holder. This note holder called me in excitement...Filled out the form... Literally the next day the phone was ringing off the hook...soon gathering information.
... Within a week an offer was made 92% I was amazed I turned around and offered the seller 90% the note holder was now interested...I phoned the office manager she was happy of how helpful the escrow company was and then I was told by my co broker on Tuesday Nov. 16 that they closed and he wanted my banking tracking numbers.
