You may wonder what today’s economy means for the note business. What should you expect to see in this industry? The truth of it is this is one of the best times to be working in the note business. If you learn how to work with creative financing you will be able to help many in this struggling economy and you will be able to create a thriving business yourself as well.

One of the most difficult parts of the Real estate note business is the need for constant marketing. Searching for notes and note holders who want to sell their note requires a lot of work and serious efforts. The fruits for your efforts can be great but the work is real.You may need one note holder lead list after another to continue your search and your marketing efforts.

Many people who enter this Real estate investing industry will often ask how they can get an “exclusive” note holder list. The reality of that question is there is no such lead list available if you are looking for public record leads. The information is public record is just that, “public”. So while working with a good note holder lead list is a good idea and will help you find deals you can see that if you are involved from the beginning you will have no competition in the deal and you will be able to control all aspects of the note. This may very well be the absolute best way to work the cashflow business. Learn all you can about proper note creation and brush up on your people skills so you can truly make the most of this business.
